about

There are many realms that cling to the edge of our reality. They have no names. We don’t even know that they are there. They are extremely close to us, and yet they are wholly subservient to our own existence.

They hide in the whispers of a dead mouth. They conceal themselves in the gaseous bubbles of the swamp. They are the dazzle at the corner of your eye. They are the memories that are not your own.

They hate us but they are powerless to hurt us.

And yet...

Every world has its seekers and explorers, those who delve into dangerous knowledge and forbidden ideas. The realms mentioned are no exception.

Some of the most powerful domains come together at the same time, on the same date, to work a ritual that will invert the power dynamic, to enslave our own reality to theirs. Their folly
results in entire civilizations slipping into the darkness that surrounds them.

Our reality moves ever forward, oblivious to the new, invisible silence that encases it.

A minimalistic, droning dark ambient album containing four tracks that I hope show the effect of the ritual on some of the most powerful realms. They are all different, and yet they share certain elements, with the idea of showing the unleashed power breaching their borders.

Definitely best experienced wearing a good, comfy pair of headphones.
